Parcel Maintenance
Quality
We always use COordinate GeOmetry (COGO) for data entry when available to insure the most accurate parcel lines as possible. All COGO lines are also saved in a separate layer, which allows counties to easily review our work.
Our data entry techniques eliminate the possibility of gaps and overlaps, which make the data less useful for electronic analysis purposes such as CUVA and FLPA calculations.
If there is a parcel listed in the CAMA database, we want to make sure it is mapped and if we have a parcel mapped, we want to make sure it is listed in the CAMA database.
If the CAMA database has a parcel listed as 13.50 acres, we want to make sure that parcel is drawn in the GIS data at or very near 13.50 acres.
By routinely comparing the contents of the CAMA database with the GIS data, we significantly reduce the risk of allowing mistakes through on either end.
Our Service
On average, we complete parcel edits in 1-3 business days after we receive all necessary documents.
We will provide data updates as frequently as wanted. Challenge us to meet your demands and you won't be disappointed.
We can provide your data any way you like it.
We set up a dedicated FTP site for each county and we provide you with a unique username and password so you can download your data anytime you like.
Each time we update your data, we can also automatically send a copy to your website provider.
We will handle all of your Open Records requests, but will never provide your data to anyone without your knowledge and permission.
With each parcel maintenance agreement, we provide unlimited GIS technical support to your office on all parcel related issues and we maintain your road centerline data at no additional charge.
In addition to maintaining the electronic version of your parcel data, we can also provide paper tax maps and analysis services such as CUVA and FLPA calculations, to name a few.
