Accessory and Addition Finder

We can convert WinGAP accessory tables into a useable, searchable GIS text layer, making it simple to compare WinGAP data to aerial photos and find unrecorded accessories and buildings.

We completely align all sketches and mark any differences found in the house sketches. We also mark all accessory buildings, mobile homes, houses, or commercial buildings believed to be missing from WinGAP. Each marked point is assigned a priority based on our perception of missing value.
Below are some examples.

Priority 1: Missing house, poultry house >$10,000

Priority 2: Missing pool, mobile home, house addition, large barn $1,000-$10,000

Priority 3: Missing metal carport, deck, small addition $500-$1,000

Priority 4: Missing very small building, large but old shed <$500

Priority 5: Parcel issue or other small problems No Value Gain

Turnaround time is proportional to parcel count and number of building sketches.  We can review an entire county or just specific portions.
